Our Team

Brian Graham - Brian has over 20 years experience in Electronics Manufacturing as both a successful corporate executive and contract manufacturing business owner. His experience includes 10 Years in General Management in businesses with revenue in excess of $200M annually, 6 Years as a Director of Operations serving Domestic and International customers. He most recently was a Business Director for one of the top EMS companies in the world with responsibility for managing the executive relationship with a Fortune 50 corporate customer. In previous roles, Brian has direct experience in both high volume, low mix and low volume, high mix business models incorporating global supply chains. His international experience extends to Asia, Mexico and Eastern Europe. Brian has been a project lead in both divestiture and acquisition activities for over 10 years.

Brian has a MBA from the University of Colorado and a BS in Engineering from Michigan State University. He is married to his wife, Caryn and has 3 grown children. Brian makes his home in Oldsmar, Florida.

Adrian LaTrace - Adrian has over 20 years of experience managing telecommunications, electronics and aerospace manufacturing operations. Emphasis on streamlining operations, improving quality, increasing capacity, and reducing cost at multi-site operations in North America, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. His expertise in Quality Assurance, operational efficiency, new product development, strategic facility planning, JIT, statistical process control, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, ISO, ERP, Inventory Management, systems integration, and sales order management give him a unique ability to analyze, consult and lead mid-cap product companies. His additional background in occupational safety, corporate environmental compliance and due diligence of acquisitions as well as his strong analytical background suit him well for evaluating target companies at a corporate level.

Adrian has a MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a BA in Chemistry from The Citadel. He is married to his wife, Tedeana and has 2 grown children. Adrian makes his home in Barrington, Illinois.
