 Funding Information Deal Screening To be considered for funding, please submit a short summary of your business plan. Please do not send an entire business plan for initial consideration. Your submission should include a NDA, an overview of the business (3 yr history of financials and 3 year projection), a description of the product, a review of the market and customer base, a summary of competitive differentiation, and backgrounds on the key members of the management team. Please submit this plan by email mailto:info@quintic-capital.com. . Please remember to include your full contact information in your message. It can take up to three weeks for the initial review process, after which you will either receive a request for more information or be informed that we will not be pursing the opportunity. If you have not done so, please review the portfolio companies listed under our website. Next Steps If Quintic Capital finds your submission fits our current portfolio requirements we will contact you to gather additional information to support our review process. During this phase a Quintic Capital Analyst will work with you and your staff/advisors to assemble all of the required information to submit to our General Partners for consideration. The typical process time for this step is 6 to 9 weeks. There is a charge for consulting with you if we find that there are elements of the business plan that are missing or not fully developed. The charge for the service will depend on the estimate of hours required to complete the analysis and provide recommendation to you to complete the plan.
